Located on top of a hill within a dense forest, Tree Of Life Grand Oak Manor provides a perfect escape close to nature. the panoramic views of snow-clad mountains and valleys can be enjoyed from the balcony while sipping a hot cup of coffee. the old colonial atmosphere adds to the charm, with rooms filled with relics from the Raj era. the friendly staff ensures attentive service, and the meals are superb, with a special Kumaon Dinner served in antique plates.

We were truly impressed by the level of comfort and quality services provided at this place.

The only issue we had was the approach road to this venue. The last 600 meters of the road were steep and uneven, which made it quite difficult to traverse.

Best Christmas ever! Stunning views, great food, and friendly staff. Location is perfect - surrounded by nature and away from the city hustle and bustle. Loved our room with a beautiful balcony and cozy bed. The hot water availability was limited, but staff were quick to sort it for us.

Worst aspect was the lack of options for kids menu. It was either spicy or too fancy for their taste.
